Demolition and Site Clearance Well Underway at “The Coppice”

by Andy Evans, in Development News , New Homes , News

This week our demolition contractors have pretty much finished taking down all the old buildings. As you’ll see from the photos below, the site looks very different now!

Before we could take down the old farmhouse building our asbestos removal contractor had to remove a small amount of hazardous asbestos from the ceiling of the front veranda. In the photos you can see how the affected area of the building was sealed off behind a blue tent to enable the asbestos to be removed without risk of hazardous fibres escaping.

“The Coppice” is our new development of 7 detached 4 and 5 bedroom luxury new homes located on the Chester Road in between Streetly, Aldridge and Little Aston on the site of the former Waterworks Farm, just opposite Pacific Nurseries Garden Centre. This is a stunning semi-rural location with the site being surrounded on 3 sides by fields and most of the houses we are building will enjoy large south westerly facing gardens and fantastic views over open countryside.

If you’d like to be first to find out more about the development when we announce further details, please register onto our mailing list by putting your email address into the box at the bottom of this page, you might also want to follow us via one or all of our social media channels.
