Wonderful Homes Limited is an award-winning West Midlands based property developer / house builder with our HQ in Knowle, Solihull.
We buy land and build new homes in Birmingham, Solihull, Sutton Coldfield, Wolverhampton, the West Midlands and surrounding counties.
We operate as principal contractor building new homes speculatively under our own brand for sale on the open market. We also build homes for Housing Associations / Registered Providers of affordable housing on a Land, Design & Build basis with a track record of successfully delivering developments on time and on budget. We have also earned a reputation for being able to make technically challenging brownfield sites work where others have failed.
Developments that we undertake typically have a project value of between £5m and £15m.
We have a highly experienced management team that have a passion for designing and building wonderful homes and creating wonderful places to live – hence the name of our company!
We are registered members of the Home Builders Federation.

Management Team
Andy Evans
Managing Director
Prior to founding Wonderful Homes in 2012, Andy's property experience came from being a residential landlord and from multiple renovation and new build projects. Prior to this Andy spent over 15 years in the IT industry selling multi-million-pound outsourced services to corporate clients. Andy is responsible for business strategy, overall business management, finance and land acquisition.
Outside of work Andy is a skiing addict who goes skiing 3 or 4 weeks a year, he also enjoys running, mountain biking, kite surfing, sailing, hill walking and mountaineering.
Lorraine Evans
Customer Relations & Interior Design
Lorraine has over 25 years sales and customer service experience spanning several industries including Advertising, IT and property letting & sales.
Lorraine is also a qualified interior designer and is responsible for sprinkling magic onto the design and layout of our kitchens and bathrooms, the decoration and furnishing of our show homes, and helping our customers choose the colour schemes and finishing materials for their new homes.
Mark Horsely
Head of Land & Planning
Mark is a chartered Architect with over two decades of experience in residential development, land & planning. His architectural skills together with his extensive technical and planning experience provide a strong capability for taking development sites from identification through planning to successful build completion.
Outside work most of Mark's free time is taken up with his two children. He also enjoys running, cooking and one day hopes to complete enough flying lessons to obtain a private pilot’s licence.
David Hummel
Head of Commercial
David has a BSc (Hons) Degree in Quantity Surveying and Construction Cost Management, and over two decades of experience in construction and house building. Prior to joining Wonderful Homes he spent 5 years as regional Commercial Director for one of the national house builders.
Sally Bedder
Office Manager & Executive Assistant to Andy Evans
After graduating university in Birmingham, Sally gained 9 years of high net worth private family home management experience. Working alongside members of the family office team, and taking control of organisation and administration to improve efficiency and productivity, in a positive environment. At Wonderful Homes Sally's role is to ensure smooth running of the office and provide support for both the Wonderful Homes team, as well as clients. Helping create wonderful places to live.
Outside of work Sally enjoys skiing, kite surfing, running, cycling and socialising with friends.
Andy Feeney
Project Manager
Andy has over 25 years experience of project managing house building sites and has worked for both PLC and SME housebuilders, he is also a BSc(Hons) qualified Quantity Surveyor.
Outside of work Andy has a large and varied music and book collection, which he enjoys listening to and reading. He also enjoys eating out at a variety of restaurants, going to the cinema, and socialising with friends.
