Work Starts at “The Coppice” – 7 Detached 4 and 5 Bed Luxury New Homes North of Sutton Coldfield

We’re delighted to announce that this week work started at The Coppice, our new development of 7 detached 4 and 5 bedroom luxury new homes, with the site security fences going up and demolition starting.
The site is located on the Chester Road in between Streetly, Aldridge and Little Aston on the site of the former Waterworks Farm, just opposite Pacific Nurseries Garden Centre. This is a stunning semi-rural location with the site being surrounded on 3 sides by fields and most of the houses we are building will enjoy large south westerly facing gardens and views over open countryside.
We have decided to name the development “The Coppice” to tie in with the new coppice of trees that we will be planting to the northern edge of the development.
We’re expecting the first plots to be completed and ready to move into in early 2018 and plan to formally launch the development soon.
