COMING SOON – THE COPPICE – 7 DETACHED 4 AND 5 BED EXECUTIVE NEW HOMES NORTH OF SUTTON COLDFIELD

Early in the new year we are due to start building a new private gated development of just 7 detached executive 4 and 5 bedroom homes to the north of Sutton Coldfield. The development is located in a stunning semi-rural location just off the Chester Road, close to Streetly, Aldridge and Little Aston with most plots enjoying large south westerly facing gardens and views over open countryside.
We have decided to name the development “The Coppice” to tie in with the new coppice of trees that we will be planting to the northern edge of the development.
We’re expecting the first plots to be completed and ready to move into in late 2017 and plan to formally launch the development in early 2017. In the mean time below is a sneak preview gallery of computer generated images which give an idea of what the development will look like.
