Site preparation work at Walsall Road, Willenhall

Today we had a JCB and small team on site in Willenhall carrying out soakaway tests, digging foundation trial trenches and gathering information to feed into the structural engineering design team.
The information gathered will enable the structural engineers to finalise the foundation, roadway and drainage designs for the 25 new homes that we are going to start building soon.
We’re currently working towards starting construction on site in early March 2014.
