Located in the Black Country, off Walsall Road, Willenhall, on the site of the former Comet store, our latest new homes development “Aldermans Place” is conveniently located less than a mile from Willenhall town centre and the recently completed new Morrison Supermarket, and just 1.4 miles from Junction 10 of the M6.

Construction of the 25 new homes, a mixture of 3 and 4 bed houses, will start in early 2014 with the first plots being available late spring 2014.

Pricing is yet to be released, but will be aimed at 1^st time buyers and 2^nd move home buyers.

The development is in the process of being registered with the Government’s new “Help to Buy” affordable home ownership scheme, which means home buyers will typically only need a 5% deposit to buy one of these new homes.
