Lorely Burt MP opens Wonderful Homes Gospel Mews DevelopmentLorely Burt, Member of Parliament for Solihull, attended our open day to officially open our Gospel Mews development and to help us celebrate the completion of the first plot. The event was a huge success with over 50 people attending including the house buyers and their families, suppliers, contractors and the sales team from our selling agents Bairstow Eves, Acocks Green branch.

Lorely gave a really touching speech before cutting the tape to open the development, saying;

“In these times when all we seem to hear about is doom and gloom It’s really encouraging to see a success story like this from a new business that only launched a few months ago. To set up a new business and sell all 5 houses before completion, despite the challenging times in the housing market, is excellent. You’ve built 5 truly wonderful homes and having spoken to the buyers they are all totally delighted with them and can’t wait to move in, the internal space and high quality finish really is wonderful.”

Our Managing Director Andy Evans took the opportunity to thank the extended Wonderful Homes team for doing such a great job, thanking the Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Suppliers, and set out his vision for Wonderful Homes to build design led new homes that represent excellent value for money whilst not compromising on look, feel, specification or quality of finish.

Andy finished by thanking everyone for coming to help us celebrate the opening and asked that, whilst we are working on a number of potential future projects, he would be delighted to hear from land owners and land agents that may have suitable development sites in the Midlands for Wonderful Homes to consider.
