We’re delighted to announce that today, after a long and challenging planning and approvals process, we’ve completed on the purchase of this new site in the village of Hixon, Staffordshire. We can now start the real work of building new homes!

The development will deliver 30 new affordable homes, including 6 bungalows, for one of the Midlands leading Housing Associations. The completed development will provide a selection of homes available for affordable rent and shared ownership.

We start construction work on Monday and expect to complete the development by Q2 2021.
