Roof Trusses going up on Plots 1-3 at Aldermans Place, New Homes on Walsall Road, Willenhall

It’s the end of our 14th week on site at Aldermans Place, our New Homes development on Walsall Road in Willenhall. As you’ll see from the video and photos we’ve now got the roof trusses installed to plots 1, 2 & 3, we’ve got the 1st floor joists installed to plots 4, 5 & 6 with the walls coming up towards wall plate, and we’ve been carrying on with ground and foundation works generally including below DPC block and brick work to plots 15 to 19 and casting the foundations for plots 20, 21 & 22.
