We’re delighted to announce that we’ve exchanged contracts this afternoon to purchase a site in Birmingham, onto which we will be building 29 affordable homes, subject to planning.

Congratulations to Mark Horsley, our head of land and planning, for getting the deal over the line. Our thanks go out to Andrew Moss of Avison Young who acted for the landowner and assisted with negotiating the terms of the deal with the landowner, and to our solicitor Nathan Guest of Harrison Clark Rickerbys and the landowners solicitor Fiona Rendell of Clarke Willmott for drafting and agreeing the contract.
