New Development – Overdale, Telford

We’re delighted and excited to announce that today we’ve exchanged contracts on this £12.2m, 81 affordable homes, development that we will be delivering for GreenSquareAccord Housing Association.
It’s particularly exciting as this will be our first venture into Modern Methods of Construction (MMC), using timber frames supplied by LoCal Homes.
We’re planning to start construction later this year in Oct/Nov.
