There’s been lots of progress at The Coppice over the last couple of weeks; Plot 7’s first floor walls are now going up and the roof trusses will be going on shortly. Plots 1 & 2’s ground floor walls are up with first floor joists and floors installed. Plot 3’s ground floor walls are up and Plot 5 & 6 foundations are up to DPC level ready for the bricklayers to start. We’ve also got the detached garages for plots 3 & 4 up to DPC level ready for the bricklayers to start on them.

Interested in buying?
We’re expecting the first plots at The Coppice to be completed and ready to move into in late 2017 / early 2018 and plan to formally launch the development soon.
