Site hoarding fence coming down today at our Bushbury Arms development in Wolverhampton to reveal the new homes that we are building for The Wrekin Housing Trust and Bushbury Hill Estate Management Board.
It’s wonderful to see the previously derelict former public house building, built in 1928, restored and almost ready to start its new life providing 10 unique apartments.
Overall the redevelopmemt of the former public house will provide 38 new homes for the local community.
