Last Friday and Saturday (17th & 18th October 2014) we held a launch party at our Aldermans Place development in Willenhall, Walsall in the Black Country. Guests included our suppliers and business partners and prospective buyers, with several reservations being taken over the two days. On the Saturday we were delighted to be joined by the Mayor and Mayoress of Walsall who cut the ribbon to officially open our Show Home.

The Show Home is now available for viewings. To book an appointment to view please call our selling agents Dixons now on 01902 201 108.

Before cutting the Ribbon the Mayor or Walsall, Councillor Peter Smith, gave a short speech were he complemented Wonderful Homes on the quality of the new homes, the design and the clever use of space.

The Mayor also commented on how pleased he was to see the site being developed, he said;

“The development has brought back into worthwhile use a piece of brownfield land that has been fenced off and a bit of a blot on the landscape for several years since the Comet store was closed down.

Once completed, the new homes that are being built will fill the gap between the two housing developments either side that were completed around 10 years ago and together will form a joined up residential area that will really lift the immediate area and help with the regeneration of Willenhall.”
