Second fix continues at Gospel Mews, the new homes we’re building for sale on Gospel Lane, Acocks Green, Birmingham

It’s the end of our 34th week and second fix is now well underway with most of the skirting boards, architraves and staircase balustrades fitted and bathrooms tiled. The decorators have also started with plot 5 pretty much decorated throughout. Outside we’ve been carrying on with the landscaping, but progress has been severely hampered by the torrential rain we’ve been experiencing again.
