At the end of our 27th week we’re finally managing to make consistent good progress now we’re no longer at the mercy of the weather! All 5 plots now have finished roofs, window frames installed and glazing installed to plots 4 & 5. The carpenters are cracking on with forming all the stud walls and hot on their heels are the plumbers and electricians with their 1st fixes. Externally the scaffolding has been taken down from plots 3, 4 & 5 and work has started  on the drainage connections and levelling the rear gardens.
