Randle Drive, Overdale is a development of 81 new homes that we are building under JCT Design & Build contract for GreenSquareAccord Housing Association on a vacant site to the north east of Telford’s town centre.
The completed development will provide a selection of new homes that will all be available for affordable rent.
The completed development consists of;
- 24 x 2-bedroom houses
- 30 x 3-bedroom houses
- 9 x 4-bedroom houses
- 18 x 1-bed apartments
Construction started in Summer 2021 and we expect the first new homes to be ready to move into in Q3 2024, with the development being completed by end Q3 2024.
