The redevelopment of a brownfield former factory site that has been unused for over 25 years, which will deliver 31 new affordable homes. We plan to start building in Q1 2026. We’re developing this site in partnership with local Housing Association, Black Country Housing Group and with funding support from Homes England and The West Midlands Combined Authority.
