The last New Home at “The Coppice” was completed and sparkle cleaned today ready for handover to its new owner, pretty much bringing to an end the construction phase of this project. All that remains now is to finish the landscaping to the communal areas, top surface the road and attend to any snagging issues…

Plot 7 at “The Coppice” has its underfloor heating installed

Plot 7 has now had most of its scaffolding taken down and had its underfloor heating pipework system installed today, ready for the floor screed to laid on Friday. Once the floor screed has cured over the weekend work can then start on the internal fit out and we can also get the external doors…
