We’re delighted to announce that Planning Permission has been granted today for our development of 31 new homes at Grove Street, Heath Town, Wolverhampton. This development will regenerate a former industrial site that has remained vacant and derelict for over 25 years, creating jobs during construction, and delivering high-quality homes for affordable rent.

We plan to start construction in Q1 2026.
