A development of 38 new homes for affordable rent, comprising of the conversion of a locally listed former Public House building to form 10 x 1 bed flats and the new build of 4 x 1 bed flats, 2 x 4 bed houses and 22 x 2 bed houses on the former public house gardens and car park. Construction of the development was completed and the last plot handed over in October 2016.
Wonderful Homes acquired the site in April 2014, obtained planning permission and then constructed the new homes on behalf of Registered Provider The Wrekin Housing Trust as a Land, Design & Build package under JCT contract.
